Coaching and Equipping

Coach and Equip Ministries exists to help coach and equip you to take your next steps forward in life and ministry with faith, confidence and hope.

Whatever you or your church faces, there is help available to enable you to discover the will of God that the Lord has put in your heart and mind.

The coaching of ministry or leadership teams is also available. This includes church governing boards, Elders, specialized ministry teams, church planting groups and Pastor Search Teams.

Ministry coaching normally requires a confidential one-hour coaching call, preferably on Facetime, Skype or another form of social media. These calls can normally be once or twice a month for three or more months depending on your goals of coaching and the length of an agreed upon coaching contract.

Equipping is the training and resourcing that is supported by coaching. Its goal is to enhance the practical application of ministry skills by pastors, individual leaders, groups and congregations.

Specialized training for district or denominational leadership teams may also benefit from our coaching and equipping.

Coaching and training for groups or leadership teams can also take place on a one-day or weekend retreat setting. Special coaching contracts are available for this.
