Coach and Equip Ministries offers coaching and equipping for disciple-making churches through an ongoing coaching relationship with a church planter or church planting leader or team in a new church or an existing church with a heart to multiply.

Lead Coach Charlie Worley has spent a majority of his career in ministry helping recruit, equip, train and multiply church planters and local churches. He has served as a church planter, pastor, district church planting leader and national church planting catalyst both in the U.S.A. and Canada.

Coach Charlie has also developed and lead a number of Church Planting Bootcamps and church multiplication training events. He has also recruited, trained and coached many church planters for ministry in North America and around the world. His resume also includes teaching church planting in seminary-level classes and denominational-level events.

Coaching is highly recommended for church planters in the critical first two years of birthing a new church, and is very helpful in the first couple of years after the launch of a new church.
