If you are like me, doing New Year's Resolutions is a love or hate game, but they can be helpful. This blog offers 10 resolutions for churches that can be very helpful if your church leadership follows through on the top choice(s). Here are some New Year's Resolution suggestions for your church to consider during 2022:
Focus on prayer as a major ministry in the church.
Give extra time off for your pastor(s).
Develop a system for recruiting and training the leaders of your church.

Involve more people in worship leadership, especially children and youth.
